Mastery Mantra

Our monthly mantra will assist us as we mediate to cleanse, heal, protect and rejuvenate our energy. We all are on a journey of spiritual enlightenment, our belief can be in a deity, something/someone or in your own power and abilities. As we shift our thoughts and perspectives onto a higher state of being it is important that we commit to ourselves to being at our best despite the situations and circumstances that we find ourselves in, this is where the Four Agreements can be helpful.

The Four Agreements are as follows:

1. Be Impeccable With Your Word
2. Don't Take Anything Personally
3. Don't Make Assumptions
4. Always Do Your Best

These four agreements will provide us with the dialogue needed to guide our thoughts as we enter the energetic new year that coincides with the Spring Equinox beginning on Monday March 20th. This month we will channel our energy towards the agreement to Always Do Your Best. Often times what we truly desire takes time for us to get there, we've all gone on a road trip where the infamous thought "are we there yet" has crossed our minds at least once however when we arrived, we realized that it was totally worth the wait. This metaphor occurs in real-life all the time: we work hard to play hard, we must practice to master our crafts & talents and we must honor our thoughts & emotions so that they aren't so intense all the time. By always doing your best you will arrive closer to your desired destination with your integrity intact.
